Bud Wrenn is the founding pastor of Integrity Church and also serves as the director of the Innovative Church Community. The community is committed to providing a practical forum for learning and networking for pastors of innovative North Carolina churches, in order to equip them and their churches to reach new levels of excellence.

In addition to these leadership roles, Bud serves as a leadership coach, and as a

consultant through his company, Pinnacle Consulting and Coaching Group. He is also affiliated as a Consulting Partner with The Table Group, an international leadership / management consulting firm. Bud has authored articles that have appeared in NetResults magazine, Church Executive magazine, and Leadership Weekly Journal. His first book, “Innovative Planning: Church in 4-D” came out in early 2009.

Prior to the start of Integrity, Bud served for four years as Pastor of Youth & Evangelism at a large traditional church in Burlington. Before God called him into vocational ministry, Bud had a ten-year career with AT&T’s Federal Systems in Greensboro, NC, beginning in 1982. During that career, Bud held various supervisory and mid-level management positions. At the time of leaving AT&T, Bud was serving as the Controller for the division’s manufacturing operation.

Bud and wife Tammy married in 1983. Tammy has served since 1984 as a teacher at Burlington Christian Academy. Their children are Jacob, a local landscaper, Hannah, a student at UNC-Wilmington, and Katy, a student at Burlington Christian Academy.
